Degree Project. A look into the authenticity of italian food in RESTAURANTS across canada and the us

As suggested by the title, this research project gives insight into authenticity and its true meaning, as well as its relevance in Italian restaurants across Canada and the US. Although my research journey started somewhere very different, this project turned out to be a topic I am very passionate about. My findings although surprising, were very interesting and overall quite positive.
